Rules on the Net

Good day to all!
I speak a little of the rules of the Net.
When we use the Internet, we should mention some fundamental rules of security, because this is how a world, is interconnected across the Planet.
The like what happens in the place where we live, where there is joy, friendship, sharing, and many good people, also appears evil and crime.
When you feel that what we see or read on the Internet, let us offended or uncomfortable (e-mails strangers) the best answer and hang up immediately on the Internet.
It´s also not forget the fundamental rules of etiquette when we use the Net.
